Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation and Service

Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met and exceeded.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management and Budgeting

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Quality Control and Customer Service

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit reports, and maintain open communication with the chef and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

Work Environment and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of physical activity.
