The Hiring Partner Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and witnesses
  • Maintain a secure and organized filing system
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents using PCLaw in the Cloud
  • Utilize Dictaphone and MS Word to create and edit documents
  • Manage email and calendar using MS Outlook

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, and PCLaw in the Cloud
