About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless operations during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operational Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
