**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor service operations during shifts, addressing any issues or challenges promptly to minimize impact on service quality.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the service team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and any follow-up actions required.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
