Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
