Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald\u0027s Hope. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing a positive experience for our guests.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our team.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food preparation, sales, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
