Role Overview:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting various departments within the organization. This position focuses on enhancing guest experiences, fostering relationships with patrons, and ensuring consistent communication throughout their visit. You will assist other teams during peak service times and serve as a key contact for both guests and management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in hotel Front Office operations, preferably at a supervisory level; alternatively, recent graduates with substantial experience in Reception or Food & Beverage roles, gained through internships or part-time positions, are encouraged to apply.

  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
