Position: Maintenance Supervisor

We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance functions within our facility. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing maintenance teams, orchestrating maintenance schedules, and ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee maintenance teams
  • Formulate and execute short-term and long-term strategic plans for the maintenance department
  • Handle maintenance requests and manage work orders
  • Supervise maintenance operations and monitor performance metrics
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and checks

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing setting
  • Expertise in preventative maintenance strategies, safety protocols, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong mechanical and spatial reasoning abilities
