Position: Maintenance Supervisor
We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance functions within our facility. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing maintenance teams, orchestrating maintenance schedules, and ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee maintenance teams
- Formulate and execute short-term and long-term strategic plans for the maintenance department
- Handle maintenance requests and manage work orders
- Supervise maintenance operations and monitor performance metrics
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and checks
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing setting
- Expertise in preventative maintenance strategies, safety protocols, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong mechanical and spatial reasoning abilities
