Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Brampton location and drive manufacturing excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, ensuring quality control, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage plant staff to achieve manufacturing targets and improve efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safe work practices
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality control and address employee issues
- Monitor equipment and address maintenance needs with the maintenance team
- Support sales and rush orders as needed
- Advocate for continuous improvement and champion a culture of excellence
- 10+ years of experience as a Plant Manager in manufacturing (Just-In-Time preferred)
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record in health & safety initiatives and quality control
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience developing and implementing successful KPIs
- Strong coaching and team building skills
