About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Specialty Sales Representative for a part-time (three days per week) position, reporting to the Associate Regional Sales Manager, Cardiovascular.

This role involves delivering and exceeding commercial performance in the territory through effective planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and exceed commercial performance in the territory through effective planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Promote cardiovascular products and services to key opinion leaders, targeted specialists, and healthcare professionals through strategic and impactful interactions.
  • Develop and implement territorial business plans based on brand strategy and available tools, with the aim of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Proactively monitor sales performance within the territory and adjust the business plan accordingly.
  • Effectively manage the complex dynamics of provincial reimbursement and patient support programs.
  • Represent HLS as an innovative and ethical company whose products and services precisely meet the needs of patients and the medical community.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • University degree, preferably in science or business.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience as a hospital or specialty representative.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Cardiovascular experience desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) databases and dashboards.
  • Valid driver's license.
