About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Smart Crew Wall and Ceilings Ltd. as a Wall and Ceiling Specialist. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Painting and Coating: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and coordinate the painting process to ensure timely completion.
  • Customer Service: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and related fields.
  • Work Setting: Ability to work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring attention to detail and ability to work at heights.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
