About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in Ottawa, Kingston, Guelph, Sudbury, North Bay, or Timmins offices. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting intermediate and senior engineers in the completion of building projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support intermediate and senior engineers in the completion of building projects in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood.
  • Collaborate with architects, planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure project deadlines are met and final deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Analyze and design new building structures utilizing industry-leading software (CSI suite, Altair).
  • Develop designs to modify existing structures and design additions and/or repairs.
  • Provide technical support during construction.
  • Assist in creating standard details and procedures for design and contract administration.
  • Participate in continued education through formal technical training and collaborative presentations.
