**Job Summary**
This is a key leadership role at COWS, responsible for the efficient management and productivity of our stores. The successful candidate will be accountable for the overall operation of the store, as well as the motivating and maintaining of staff relations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide World Class Service to customers
- Greet and serve customers in a professional manner
- Be competent in all aspects of work done by sales team members, scoopers, supervisors, and assistant managers
- Prepare and submit financial reports on a timely basis
- Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage
- Ensure bank deposits are completed and confirmed with a receipt from the bank
- Conduct regular staff meetings and address employee and customer concerns
- Plan and conduct training sessions with assistant managers and supervisors
- Be involved in the hiring process and employee evaluations
**Requirements**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff
- Competitive spirit and desire to sell
- Efficient and creative problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read and comprehend financial statements
- Strong delegation skills
- Sense of humor and upbeat personality
- Basic knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous sales or management experience an asset
- Team-oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure
**Physical Requirements**
- Repetitive tasks, especially in the wrists
- Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Standing for the duration of the shift
**Other Requirements**
- Reliable transportation
- Availability from mid-May to October (Seasonal) or Year Round, depending on location
