Key Responsibilities- Department Leadership: Manage and coordinate the parts and service departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage service and parts staff, including technicians and support personnel.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate parts inventory, ensuring stock levels meet demand without overstocking.
- Budget & Financial Performance: Monitor and control department budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all service work meets quality standards and complies with manufacturer guidelines.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Negotiate and maintain relationships with parts suppliers and vendors.
- Scheduling & Work Orders: Oversee work order management and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
- Sales & Promotions: Develop and implement sales strategies for parts and services, including promotions and discounts.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
