**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide World Class Service to our customers
  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Be competent in all aspects of work done by sales team members, scoopers, supervisors, and assistant managers
  • Prepare and submit financial reports on a timely basis
  • Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensure bank deposits are completed and confirmed with a receipt from the bank
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and address employee and customer concerns
  • Plan and conduct training sessions with assistant managers and supervisors
  • Be responsible for the hiring process and employee evaluations

**Requirements**

  • Be energized by customer interaction and have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to build a positive relationship with customers and staff
  • Have a competitive spirit and desire to sell
  • Have efficient and creative problem-solving skills
  • Have proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Have the ability to read and comprehend financial statements
  • Have strong delegation skills
  • Have a sense of humor and upbeat personality
  • Have a basic knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous sales or management experience is an asset
  • Have a team-oriented personality and a proven ability to work under pressure

**Physical Requirements**

  • Repetitive tasks, especially in the wrists
  • Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Standing for the duration of the shift

**Other Requirements**

  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability from mid-May to October (Seasonal) or Year Round, depending on location
