The Cleaning Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that all cleaning operations are conducted efficiently and to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
- Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to ensure effective service delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of cleaning staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Identify and recommend additional services as needed, including maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations.
- Assist cleaning staff in their duties as required.
- Develop and implement work schedules for cleaning teams.
- Demonstrates flexibility in managing tasks and responsibilities.
