Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Mount Currie Cleaning Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure our facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure that any necessary repairs or maintenance are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our quality control program to ensure that our cleaning services meet the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
