Job Purpose

The ideal candidate will assist and support Advanced Quality Engineering projects under the guidance of the Advanced Quality Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Global Product Development audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Cooperate in consolidating the Quality Plan according to the Global Product Development Process (GPDP).
  • Participate in key quality activities, including design FMEA, process FMEA, and corrective action plans.
  • Support GPDP and EOS activities inside the Advanced Quality Engineering department, focusing on project priorities, problem-solving, and risk assessment.
  • Support reliability aspects of new product introduction projects, including assessments, compliance to quality standards, and statistical studies.
  • Participate in at least one quality project applying Control Plan, PPAP, Quality Launch Plan, or Quality Process Improvement under the supervision of the Advanced Quality Engineering team.
Requirements
  • Studying Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a similar technical discipline (preferably Electrical or Power Electronics/Telecomm background).
  • Curiosity toward technical aspects of electrical, electronics, and mechanical components, as well as a lean-manufacturing approach.
  • Proactive toward problem-solving activities related to the Quality Department.
Work Environment

This position will work in an office setting, with minimal physical demands.
