Job Summary:

BRIO is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to promote supplier compliance and improve internal quality issues.
  • Conduct supplier reviews, evaluations, and monitoring to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain incoming materials inspection standards, provide training, and oversee quality control processes.
  • Develop and implement an Internal Quality Control (IQC) quality assurance system.
  • Handle and communicate supplier non-conforming materials, and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the leader to support the team's goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with more than three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in the SMT industry and familiarity with AutoCAD.
