Job Summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Advanced Quality Intern to join our team. As an Advanced Quality Intern, you will assist and support Advanced Quality Engineering projects under the guidance of the Advanced Quality Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Global Product Development audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Advanced Quality Engineering team to consolidate the Quality Plan according to the Global Product Development Process (GPDP).
  • Participate in key quality activities, including design FMEA, process FMEA, and corrective action plans.
  • Support Advanced Quality KPI reporting and data management to drive business decisions.
  • Assist in the development of control plans, project risk assessments, and reliability aspects of new product introduction projects.
  • Participate in at least one quality project applying Control Plan, PPAP, Quality Launch Plan, or Quality Process Improvement under the supervision of the Advanced Quality Engineering team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar technical discipline (preferably Electrical or Power Electronics / Telecomm background).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Working Conditions

This position will work in an office setting with minimal physical demands.
