Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jugo Juice. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise 5-10 staff members, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and ensure that all staff members are aware of and follow security and safety procedures.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks. We offer staff accommodation and a competitive salary.
