About the Sales and Customer Service Representative PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and selling trim and door solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Sell trim and door solutions to customers, ensuring that they meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring that you can provide expert advice to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field an asset.
