Executive Director, Hospitality and Conferences

**Job Summary**
The Executive Director, Hospitality and Conferences will lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing conference and event operations for Leaders International. This role will collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure the organization's mission and strategic goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of conference, guest, and facility service areas, including meeting, hotel, and restaurant facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the organization has the necessary infrastructure and resources to deliver annual programs and meet long-term capitalization needs.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, overseeing department budgets and ensuring ongoing evaluation of operations to support best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality and conference management, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
