Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 260 employees in Conferences, Hospitality, and Physical Facilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans
- Oversee the management of Conferences, Hospitality, and Physical Facilities departments
- Foster a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to achieve departmental goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners
