Role Summary:
The Branch Manager position is pivotal in overseeing the performance of the business unit, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves managing daily operations and driving sales growth through the cultivation of existing customer relationships and outreach to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily branch operations to guarantee efficiency and accuracy in task execution.
- Drive sales performance and revenue generation.

- Manage existing customer accounts while proactively seeking new business opportunities.
- Coordinate product procurement for the branch, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and managed effectively.
- Provide product expertise and solutions to both customers and staff as required.
- Ensure the upkeep of branch property and equipment, maintaining operational readiness.
- Collaborate with service providers for delivery, maintenance, and other operational needs.
- Stay informed on relevant industry guidelines and handbooks.
- Engage regularly with various stakeholders, including the Regional Manager and internal departments.
- Participate in the bidding process for company proposals, analyzing outcomes to refine future submissions.
- Address customer inquiries regarding pricing and deliveries, ensuring effective resolution of issues to maintain strong relationships.
- Assign and oversee employee tasks, manage schedules, conduct interviews, and facilitate performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, business finance, marketing, or sales.
- Knowledge of the energy distribution sector is preferred.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; safety-focused.
- Proficient in technology, including MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours as necessary to support business needs.
