Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Professional to join our Healthcare Division at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors at our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarm activations and patient safety concerns.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure a smooth and secure environment.

Requirements

  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties, including walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends.
