Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for building and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our customers. Your expertise will be applied to develop innovative solutions that classify and understand communication content, leveraging machine translation, transcription, natural language processing, and large language models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with data scientists and developers to design and implement machine learning models
  • Execute the data science process from business requirement understanding to model deployment
  • Develop and maintain high-quality machine learning models
  • Produce detailed reports on model performance
  • Identify and solve complex problems, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Participate in design review, code review, and Agile development processes
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing activities and mentor junior data scientists
  • Drive continuous improvement in team code, architecture, and processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Linguistics field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with large datasets in an enterprise environment
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash programming languages
  • Experience with popular machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, Sklearn, TensorFlow, and TensorRT
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or Ph.D. in a STEM or Linguistics field (considered additional experience)
  • Data collection and cleaning experience
  • Data engineering skills
  • Experience with acoustic or language models for speech recognition, natural language processing, and large language models
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservices
