About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Payments, SWIFT, or Cash Management to join our client's team in Montreal. As a hybrid role, you will be involved in aspects of Solution Architecture, Workflow Design, User Experience, and Project Management. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business needs into functional requirements and manage projects autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between business needs and technical teams.
  • Design and implement innovative payment and cash management solutions.
  • Engage in dialogue with developers and understand API integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, subject matter experts, and back-office partners.
  • Document and manage project requirements, perform regression testing, and oversee bug management.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven track record in launching projects independently.
  • Strong technical competency, especially in BI and system interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Payments, with SWIFT knowledge being a significant plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with French being a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work closely with development teams and business partners.
