Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the support team to uphold platform efficiency, accessibility, and dependability.
  • Deliver expert-level assistance and resolve intricate issues related to trading systems.
  • Work closely with development and product teams to tackle application-related challenges.
  • Establish and manage incident and problem resolution processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including support protocols.
  • Guide and educate support team members.
  • Evaluate support metrics to identify trends and propose enhancements.
  • Engage effectively with clients regarding support matters and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience is essential.
  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support, particularly in trading systems.
  • Experience in application monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance enhancement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with financial risk management software is advantageous.
  • Understanding of AWS platforms and services is preferred.
