Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Coordinator to support our executive team in the Strategic Operations Team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations and collaborate with the Chief of Staff and the Corporate Communications team to support the CEO and the COO, as well as the extended executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and operationalization of firm strategy, including reporting and communication within the firm.
  • Efficiently use technical knowledge to carry out work projects and assignments.
  • Champion the delivery of key projects by providing monitoring and support, including advising on prioritization of projects.
  • Support the creation and delivery of business communication in a clear and compelling manner, driving change and action.
  • Contribute to creating high-impact presentations, as well as firm-wide communications to support agendas and initiatives, including ELT and Board presentations.
  • Help prepare performance summaries on a recurring basis.
  • Review and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop trusting relationships across BDO's diverse teams of business service professionals.
  • Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings as required.

Requirements
