About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Host to join our team at Cineplex. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner, while executing our brand standards.
  • Set tables, run food, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Operate our company iPad on Opentable, updating our floorplan, taking reservations, and managing waitlists.
  • Answer phone calls in our call centre and provide exceptional service to our guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Must be the required age of majority or older than 19 years of age for licensed venues.
  • Passion for working with people and providing exceptional service.
  • Experience in customer service and a strong ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate.
