Server Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Boiling Point Group. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to every customer in the restaurant while participating in team work to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming customers immediately and make them feel welcome
- Have thorough knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to customers
- Take orders and serve food and/or beverage to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Cashiering duties including preparing checks and processing payment through our POS system
- Ensure cleanliness in the dining area, including removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning, refilling sauces, and cleaning sauce containers as needed
- Set up tables in preparation for the next customer
- Perform general housekeeping duties of the restrooms
- Stock service areas with supplies when needed
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with our code of ethics, integrity, and conduct
Requirements:
- 1 year of food retail experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically as a server
- Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Able to multitask and work in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible schedules
- High School diploma preferred
- All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process
Physical Demands:
- Ability to continuously stand or walk
- Ability to bend and lift frequently
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally
- Ability to squat occasionally
Work Environment:
- Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment
- May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment
- May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
- Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud
