Job Title: International Marketing Specialist

Douglas College is seeking a highly skilled International Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an International Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and recruitment strategies to attract international students to Douglas College.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies to attract international students to Douglas College
  • Collaborate with the international student recruitment team to identify and pursue new markets and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international education agents and partners
  • Represent Douglas College at international student recruitment events and fairs
  • Provide consultation services to the College regarding international student recruitment and marketing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognized post-secondary educational institution
  • Minimum of 2 years' related work experience in post-secondary admissions, marketing and recruitment as it relates to international education
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with external organizations and stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Native Arabic speaker is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field from a recognized post-secondary educational institution
  • Experience working in a post-secondary educational institution
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
