Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Sales Representative to join our team at Green Diamond Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs
  • Record all sales and/or counter transactions that occur
  • Process all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer
  • Supply Service Technicians with parts as required
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays as well as keeping parts department clean and orderly
  • Verify receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
  • Assist in working on any reports, projects or parts related duties given by Parts Manager
  • Work with other departments as directed by your Parts Manager

Requirements:

  • Basic data entry / keyboarding skills
  • Previous parts / retail experience preferred
  • Ability to use Parts Catalog computer application
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Forklift license preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Drivers Abstract
