**Parts Clerk**

Under the supervision of the Parts Team Leader, the Parts Clerk will be responsible for inventorying, stocking, and issuing parts and supplies to internal and external customers. This position requires the ability to function in a fast-evolving work environment.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Be a 1stline support for parts sales; on the phone or at the parts counter
- Enter receipt and distribution of parts in the computer system
- Conduct periodic physical inventory to assure proper availability of required stock, replenishes stock as shipments arrive
- Issue replacement parts to customers
- Issue replacement parts to mechanics (internally)
- Assemble and fill orders as requested
- Check parts catalog for proper part identification
- Fill out all vendor, customer and supplier documentation
- Coordinate transfer of parts to other branches

**Requirements**:

- **Education, experience, and skills required**_
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Other combinations of work/education equivalence may be considered.
- Knowledge of parts and equipment
- Excellent interpersonal relation skills
- Good computer and systems knowledge
- Ability to work in an environment of changing priorities.
- Ability to work 40 + hours per week.

**Commis aux pièces**

Sous la supervision du chef de l'équipe des pièces, le commis aux pièces est responsable de l'inventaire, du stock et de la distribution des pièces et des fournitures aux clients internes et externes. Ce poste requiert la capacité de fonctionner dans un environnement de travail en évolution rapide.

**Responsabilités spécifiques**
- Assurer un soutien de première ligne pour les ventes de pièces, par téléphone ou au comptoir des pièces.
- Entrer la réception et la distribution des pièces dans le système informatique.
- Effectuer des inventaires physiques périodiques afin de s'assurer de la bonne disponibilité du stock requis, et réapprovisionner le stock à mesure que les livraisons arrivent.
- Livraisons des pièces de rechange aux clients
- Livraisons des pièces de rechange aux mécaniciens (en interne)
- Assembler et remplir les commandes selon les besoins
- Vérifier le catalogue des pièces pour une identification correcte des pièces
- Remplir tous les documents relatifs aux fournisseurs et aux clients.
- Coordonner le transfert des pièces à d'autres succursales.

**Exigences**

**Formation, expérience et compétences requises**
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience équivalente
- D'autres combinaisons d'équivalence travail/éducation peuvent être considérées.
- Connaissance des pièces et de l'équipement
- Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles
- Bonne connaissance des ordinateurs et des systèmes
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement où les priorités changent.
- Capacité à travailler plus de 40 heures par semaine.
