Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Cashier to join our dynamic team at Le Bac a Frites. This role is essential in ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional customer experiences.

Job Details

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months preferred
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced food service environment, where you will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle monetary transactions, including cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Process payments for food and beverage items.
  • Restock shelves and maintain cleanliness of the counter area.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the dining experience.
Technical Skills

Familiarity with an Interac machine is essential for this role.

Transportation Requirements

Applicants must have their own transportation to commute to work.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
