As an Inside Sales Representative at Swegon Group, you will be instrumental in delivering customized noise and vibration isolation solutions tailored to HVAC applications.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proficient Inside Sales Representative with expertise in HVAC, noise management, and vibration control. In this role, you will work closely with our extensive network of representatives throughout North America to provide bespoke solutions that cater to our clients' specific requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Assess client requirements and suggest Swegon engineered products
- Collaborate with the Swegon representative network to deliver noise and vibration control solutions
- Provide technical support and prepare quotations for customers
Engineering and Solution Development:
- Leverage CPQ software to identify noise and vibration isolation solutions
- Examine engineering schematics and ensure adherence to industry regulations
- Enhance system efficiency and resolve noise-related challenges
Solution Evaluation and Implementation:
- Assess materials for noise control and vibration mitigation
- Coordinate with representatives to confirm alignment with project specifications
Collaborative Efforts:
- Formulate project bidding strategies with Regional Sales Managers
- Prepare pricing and quotations for project needs
- Deliver outstanding service to clients and consultants
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales, HVAC, noise management, or vibration control
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, noise control methodologies, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills and experience in project management
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-driven and capable of working independently or collaboratively
