About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bricklayer Helper to join our team at Brothers Custom Stone & Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials

You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites. This will involve operating heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding

You will assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades. This will require attention to detail and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials

You will assist in the mixing, pouring, and spreading of materials such as concrete and asphalt. This will involve working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.

Remove Debris and Clean Up Sites

You will be responsible for removing rubble and other debris from construction sites. This will involve working safely and efficiently to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines to meet.

Physically Demanding

The role will require you to work in a physically demanding environment, lifting heavy loads and working in a variety of weather conditions.

Attention to Detail

You will be required to pay close attention to detail to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

Handling Heavy Loads

You will be required to handle heavy loads and operate heavy machinery and equipment.
