- Recruit, oversee, and schedule personnel
- Coordinate and manage grounds upkeep
- Estimate labor and material requirements
- Direct and supervise landscape construction projects
- Maintain accurate work logs and records
- Order necessary materials, tools, and supplies
- Address work-related issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements for productivity and quality
- Establish and manage work schedules and procedures
- Supervision: Responsible for a team of 3-4 individuals
- Equipment Proficiency:
- Experience with small engine machinery
- Familiarity with sod cutting equipment
- Knowledge of tractor mowers
- Specialization Areas: Lawn maintenance, Tree care, Grounds upkeep, Landscape development
- Security Requirements: Must pass a criminal background check
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to handle heavy loads
- Physically intensive tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling
