About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our LendCare subsidiary. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to drive growth and retention
  • Build and manage digital marketing campaigns using email, SMS, and digital ads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and update marketing materials
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and developments in digital marketing
  • Other responsibilities as required
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in creating and managing digital ads
  • Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
  • Ability to problem-solve, think strategically, and execute tactically
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Financial services and B2B experience preferred but not required
