About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at goeasy Ltd. as a key member of our LendCare subsidiary. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing our marketing strategy, working collaboratively with internal teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to drive growth and retention
  • Build and manage digital marketing campaigns using email, SMS, and digital ads
  • Collaborate with departmental leads and creative resources to create and update marketing materials
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and developments in digital marketing
  • Assist with the coordination of industry events and conferences
  • Provide marketing support and training to customer service teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing
  • 2-3+ years of experience in creating and managing digital ads
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality results
