We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Sushi S Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Plan and prepare menus for our sushi dishes, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Chef ManagementSupervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Inventory ManagementOrder and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all sushi dishes are prepared to a high standard and presented in a visually appealing way.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
