Food Service Team Lead

SHREEJI FOOD INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
- Experience an asset
