Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Over 6 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on reviews and compilations across diverse client portfolios. Audit experience is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ASPE, ASNPO, and standard auditing practices and procedures.
- Proficient in researching and analyzing financial statements and audit-related matters.
- Ability to convey accounting insights to clients clearly, particularly on intricate accounting topics.
- Familiarity with the challenges faced by small to medium-sized enterprises.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
- Capable of managing multiple clients and tasks concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to fostering transparent dialogue with colleagues and clients.
