Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our BrokerLink team in Canmore, AB. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, managing our front desk operations, and ensuring seamless communication with our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer multi-line phones and direct client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage the flow of walk-in customers and callers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Process customer payments, bank deposits, and petty cash management with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be a part of our billing team, answering client calls regarding payments and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and couriers with precision and speed
  • Ensure our EPIC system and company portals are updated consistently, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements
  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • 2-5 years' experience in an office environment, preferably in a brokerage or insurance industry
  • Ability to obtain a General Insurance License within 6 months
  • Strong computer skills, including keyboarding and MS Office
  • Excellent customer focus, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset, but not required
