About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Attendants Supervisor to join our team at Afendy Theatres Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our theatre attendants and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Theatre Attendants: Oversee the activities of our theatre attendants, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Client Service and Support: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and respond accordingly.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring that our theatre is always clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
Work Environment

As a Theatre Attendants Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
