About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Lightspeed Commerce. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving retention and expansion of our highest valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact and account owner for our largest and most valuable customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and Net Revenue Retention for your assigned book of business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and resolution for at-risk events.
  • Monitor customer usage data and translate it into strategies for account retention and growth.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization to support and enable timely investment in innovation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success and/or Account Management role in B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of owning retention and growth for a large book of business.
  • Experience contributing to or owning initiatives that build the foundation of a new team.
  • Resourcefulness with the ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities and strategies accordingly.
