Position Overview

As a Pastry and Cake Artist at ANGELO'S ITALIAN MARKET INC, you will play a vital role in creating visually stunning and delicious baked goods. Your expertise in cake decoration and pastry preparation will contribute to our reputation for quality and creativity.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for various baked items including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, following established recipes or custom orders.
  • Skillfully frost and embellish cakes and other baked products to meet customer specifications.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
