Job Title: Bakery Specialist

AMAZING BAKERY is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, rolls, muffins, and cakes.
  • Operate machinery and equipment to mix, knead, and bake dough and batters.
  • Requisition and order materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
  • Prepare special orders and custom cakes for customers.
  • Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high volume production.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in baking and pastry arts or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and high standards of quality.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
