Savers/Value Village is a global for-profit retailer of gently used merchandise, offering high-quality clothing, accessories, and household items at affordable prices. Our business model, 'Rethink and Reuse,' encompasses buying, selling, and recycling, providing communities with a smart way to shop and preventing over 700 million pounds of used items from ending up in landfills each year. We also support over 100 non-profit organizations by purchasing donated items, providing a source of revenue that helps fund their essential community programs and services.

We operate over 300 stores. Our brands include Value Village (in Canada and the US), Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), Savers (in the US), 2nd Avenue (in the US), Unique (in the US), and Savers in Australia.
Job Summary
As a Supervisor - Store Team Member, everything you do has a specific purpose that links team efforts to your store's financial results. Our Sales Supervisors make important decisions that directly impact their store's success every day. They also continuously improve and empower their team members.
